NOTICE OF MEETING

In pursuance of the provisions of the Local Government Act, 1993 and the Regulations there under, notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary Meeting of the Council of the City of Wagga Wagga will be held in the Council Chamber, Civic Centre, Corner Baylis and Morrow Streets, Wagga Wagga, on Monday 29 May 2017 at 6:00pm.

Confidential Mayoral Minute

MM-CONF-1 MAYORAL MINUTE - PERSONNEL MATTER - RECEIPT OF LEGAL ADVICE    

The Mayoral Minute relates the discussion of a matter and receipt of information that in the opinion of the General Manager is likely to be discussed and received when the meeting is closed to the public as it is a personnel matter involving a particular individual and involves the consideration of legal advice.

This matter is CONFIDENTIAL and the meeting to consider the matter can be closed to the public in accordance with Section 10A(2) (a) and (g) of the Local Government Act 1993, for business relating to the following: -

(a)         personnel matters concerning particular individuals.

 

(g)         advice concerning litigation, or advice that would otherwise be privileged from production in legal proceedings on the ground of legal professional privilege.
