RP-2          RESIGNATION OF COMMITTEE MEMBER

Recommendation:

On the Motion of R Kendall and R Prangnell

That the committee:

a       formally accept the resignation of Ms Jenny Woods from the Floodplain Risk Management Advisory Committee

b       advertise the vacant position and appoint a new community representative as per Councils’ policy POL 117 – Appointment of Organisation Community and Individual Citizen Members to Council Committees Policy

c       write to Ms Jenny Woods thanking her for her contribution to the Floodplain Risk Management Advisory Committee

QUESTIONS WITH NOTICE

QWN-1 Main City Levee Site Visit

Cr Keenan suggested that the Committee may consider a visit to the Main City Levee upgrade Stage 1 work site in the New Year once the two Community Member Committee vacancies have  been filled.
