That the Minutes of the proceedings of the Sister City Community Committee Meeting held on 15 February 2018, noting the below changes be confirmed as a true and accurate record.

DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Ali Tanner declared a non-pecuniary interest in RP-5, the reason being that her husband is a member of the Wagga Rugby Male Choir and Rugby Choir Concert Band.

RP-1          DELEGATION FROM WAGGA WAGGA TO KUNMING - 12 JUNE TO 18 JUNE 2018

Recommendation:

On the Motion of A Tanner and Councillor G Conkey OAM

That the Committee:

a          receive and note the report

b          seek expressions of interest for businesses interested in attending the 2018 South China Expo and Import/Expo Fair from 12 June to 18 June 2018

c          request expressions of interest to be distributed on Monday 9 April 2018 and to close within 10 days
