Janice Summerhayes, Director Community, Wagga Wagga City Council provided a presentation on the DVProject: 2650 – Equity and Respect project highlighting the delivery milestones and finalisation of the project ending 30 June 2021.

GENERAL BUSINESS AROUND THE TABLE
1. Andrew Stockman, Department of Regional NSW advised that his office is presenting the DVProject:2650 toolkit to the Department of Regional NSW network.
2. Brad Wotton, Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) provided an update on:
· DCJ community engagement activities that are occurring in Tolland and Ashmont, along with an upcoming meeting with Land and Housing representatives to look at the implementation of the Police Safety Audit in order to improve community safety in that location.
· DCJ undertaking the Rougher Sleeper Street Count that is commencing next week.
· The Family Referral Service, previously delivered by Relationships Australia, has been renamed Family Connect and Support and is now delivered by Save the Children, Australia for the Murrumbidgee District and funded by NSW Department of Communities and Justice. Brad Wotton offered a presentation of the Family Connect and Support program.
Action: Brad Wotton to arrange for Family Connect and Support to provide a presentation to the next Crime Prevention Working Group meeting being held on 19 April 2021.
