The meeting of the Floodplain Risk Management Advisory Committee commenced at 9.00am.

Declarations Of Interest
Councillor J McKinnon declared a Non-Significant Non-Pecuniary interest in relation to RP-1 PROJECT UPDATE 2022 as she is a member of Wagga Urban Landcare Group and remained in the meeting during its consideration.
Mr T Kurylowicz declared a general interest that he is a resident of North Wagga, however as a community representative he is representing the whole community.

On the Motion of Councillors R Kendall and J McKinnon That the Floodplain Risk Management Advisory Committee: a receive and note the report of appointment of co-opted members b recommend to Council to proceed to expressions of interest for co-opted members to assist with the engagement and education of residents within the broader North Wagga Floodplain community and Council's consultant in respect to the Flood Mitigation Option Feasibility Study for North Wagga and Floodplain Residents c recommend to Council a maximum of two co-opted members who reside within the North Wagga levee system and a maximum of two co-opted members who reside within the wider floodplain area d recommend to Council that the term of appointment of co-opted members end upon the adoption of the Feasibility Study or end of the current Council term, whichever comes first |

QUESTIONS WITH NOTICE
The following Questions were received with notice:
QWN-1 - Tim Kurylowicz advised Council staff that there are some errors on the Flood Page on the website advising there are links which go to the wrong areas.
QWN 2 - Jenny Rolfe requested we add a FAQ on the page which answers frequently asked questions such as Malley Creek and Flowerdale reserve.
QWN-3 - Ros Prangnell advised of a letter that has been sent to council which does not yet have a response about the Glenfield culvert.
The Floodplain Risk Management Advisory Committee rose at 10.45am.
